Places people areproud to call home.

Our mission: develop, own, and operate multi-family and mixed-use communities across the Northeast.

Skylight Residential Group manages the entire development lifecycle and delivers best-in-class living to our residents and partners. The team's extensive track record, spanning over three decades, includes suburban and urban development investments primarily in the NY metro area.

How we develop.

Sourcing
Ground-up construction in core suburban and urban locations, redevelopment and conversion of underutilized properties, and a disciplined focus on high-barrier-to-entry submarkets with limited supply.
Vertical integration
A team with in-depth predevelopment expertise, underwriting, market analysis, and detailed due diligence, applies in-house knowledge of best practices across the entire development process, from entitlement and design through construction, delivery, and lease-up.
Partnership
We engage prospective investment partners early and communicate often at every stage of a deal.
Team’s Development History

6,200+ apartments developed across the New York Metro.
